This policy explains what information CarRental TiranaRoad collects when you use our website and request a car rental, and how we use and protect it.
Who we are — CarRental TiranaRoad is a family-run car rental service in Tirana, Albania. We deliver cars to our customers at Tirana Airport. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +355 68 408 3487 or by email at hello@carrentaltiranaroad.com.
The information we collect
When you submit a booking request on our site, we collect the details you provide in the booking form:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- The car you would like to rent
- Your pick-up and return dates
- Any message you choose to add
If you contact us through WhatsApp, that conversation takes place on WhatsApp, which is a separate service owned by Meta. We do not record your WhatsApp messages on this website.
Why we collect it and how we use it
We use the details you provide to process and confirm your booking, to keep your chosen car available for your dates, and to contact you about your rental. Your booking is sent to our booking inbox by email so our team can confirm it with you.
To avoid double-booking, we keep a record of the dates each car is rented out for. When you pick dates, the car’s calendar shows dates that are already booked as unavailable.
Payment
We accept payment in cash when you collect your car. We do not collect, store, or process card details on this website.
Cookies and tracking
Our site uses only a small number of essential cookies set by WordPress (for example, to keep a logged-in session secure). We do not use advertising cookies or sell or share your information for advertising. We do not show ads on this site.
Who we share your data with
We never sell your personal information. We share booking details only with our own staff to fulfil your reservation, and with the service providers that host and run our website. Your data stays within the systems we use to run the business.
How long we keep your data
We keep booking records for as long as they are needed to provide the service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that, they are deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to ask us to delete it. To make a request, contact us on WhatsApp at +355 68 408 3487 or email hello@carrentaltiranaroad.com.
